How do I decide which size I am?

When will my favorite graphic tee be restocked?
We aim to keep our store well-stocked, but some designs may sell out or be retired to make way for new ideas. If a shirt you love is sold out, you can sign up for an email notification on the product page to be alerted when it’s restocked.

Why do printed colors look different from digital designs?
Colors on your screen may not perfectly match the printed product due to technical limitations and variations in fabric.
Our DTG (direct-to-garment) printing process is incredible, but factors like garment material, color, and the use of a white under-base layer (on darker fabrics) can cause slight differences. For the best results, lighter fabrics and 100% cotton are ideal for achieving vibrant colors.
Orders / Ordering
What is your turnaround time?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery can take up to 10 business days (20–30 business days for orders to Mexico due to customs processing). These are estimates, and some orders may arrive sooner!
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this, please email us atthewonderstudioco@gmail.com, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible—usually within 24 hours during business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com if you need to cancel or make changes. Once your order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Email us at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order for misprinted, defective, or damaged products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues, so please double-check your size selection before purchasing.
Shipping
My package appears to be lost. Can you help?
If your package seems lost, please email us at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
While we’re unable to replace packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we’ll do our best to assist.
Will my order arrive in one shipment?
Not always. Orders may ship separately for reasons such as product packaging or different fulfillment locations. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for split shipments.
What if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout! If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll try our best to correct it, but we can’t make changes once the shipping label is created or the order is shipped.
Product Care
Why does my product have a smell?
A vinegar-like smell or residue on your garment is from the fixation agent used during printing. It’s harmless, temporary, and will disappear after the first wash.
How do I wash printed apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble-dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
How do I clean embroidered apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble-dry on low or air-dry. If ironing is needed, do so inside-out and avoid steam.
How do I clean my phone case?
Remove the case and clean it with a mild soap solution using a damp cloth. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners to prevent discoloration.
