 •WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Orders to Mexico may vary because of customs processing times, EDT could be 20 to 30 business days. Many customers find that they receive their orders sooner than the estimated delivery time, but once our packages leave our facility, it is out of our control.

Please note that this is just an estimate.
Unforeseen circumstances and delays may occur with fulfillment or shipping which could result in your order being delivered later than expected.
•SIZE AND FIT HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns. To ensure you get the perfect fit, we highly recommend checking the size charts provided for each product before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out to us via our contact page. We're here to help you find the right fit! Thank you for understanding.

•WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Without an order number, your name, or any details, that will be hard to find! Please reach out via our contact page or to our email: thewonderstudioco@gmail.com with all of the information it asks for and we'll see where it is!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

WILL I GET MY ORDER IN ONE SHIPPING?

No, not always. We ship orders out as they're fulfilled so your order can reach you as fast as possible. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:

Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.

Fulfillment location. We fulfill products in multiple locations, so if your order consists of products that have different fulfillment locations, we'll ship the products separately.

 

 CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

 

• I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

Uh oh! Please send us an e-mail via our contact page, and include an image of the order you received so we can resolve the issue! All damaged/incorrect order cases must be started within seven (7) days of package arrival.

 

• PAYMENT AND BILLING WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

 

• IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes, we take your security very seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

 

•WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE GRAPHIC TEE BE RESTOCKED?

We try to keep our store fully stocked at all times, however sometimes things sell out, or we remove old items to make way for new ideas!

When you see a shirt thats sold out on our site, you have the option to sign up for an e-mail alert when the inventory is restocked.

Another way to keep up with store restocks is to join our mailing list.

 

•WHERE DOES YOUR MAGIC COME FROM?

Magic comes to life very close to us as we proudly create all of our designs in our very own homes. We are also open to collaborating with other brands so new and different designs can be achieved.

• WHY PRINTED COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT FROM DIGITAL DESIGNS? 

The designs on your screen won't always match the ones on your printed product 100%.

There aren't many things our incredible DTG process can't achieve! However, when choosing your merch, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product.

  • When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment color. The same color value will look a little different on when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same color value will look different when printed on a light vs. dark colored garment.
  • We also print a white under base layer beneath prints on colored garments so that the colors look vibrant and stand out from the fabric. The same color value on one garment can look different when printed with vs. without a white under base.
