SHIPPING POLICY

• HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE / CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT FASTER?

All apparel and accessory products are shipped through a third-party partner, and items are fulfilled within 3-5 business days from the purchase date. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Please note that since we ship apparel and some accessories from different third-party vendors, your orders may arrive in separate packages.

 

• WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

The Wonder Studio is not responsible for errors due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. Web browsers sometimes autofill old addresses, so please verify that the correct current address is entered.

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the address if notified early enough, once a shipping label is created or the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. We do not replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

• HOW DO RETURNS / REFUNDS WORK?

We accept returns only for damaged products or incorrect items received (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color). To file a claim for a misprinted, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product.

For products not received due to shipping carrier issues, claims must be filed within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Important: We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection by the customer. Please ensure you check your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

To start a return, contact us at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com with your receipt and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

 

• EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

• EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you should return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Our items are handmade and may vary slightly from one piece to another. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection.

Most of our clothing sizes are unisex unless otherwise noted. Please ensure you choose the correct size by referring to the size charts provided. If you prefer an oversized fit, consider ordering one or two sizes up from your normal size.
