• HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE / CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT FASTER ?
Since all apparel and accessory products are shipped through a third party partner all items are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of purchase date. After fulfillment, you will receive a confirmation of your shipping with a tracking number via email. Please check your tracking number for updates on estimated delivery time.
We do not offer expedited shipping. Also, please note that since we are shipping our apparel and some accessories from third-party vendors, your orders may come separately packaged.
• WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? -
Wonderland Supply Co. is not responsible for errors on behalf of the customer's incorrect shipping address inputted. Please be sure to double check when checking out that the shipping address is correct.
We know web browsers sometimes automatically input old addresses you have on file so please be sure to ensure what is input is your current address. We sometimes have the ability if we are made aware by the customer early enough to change the shipping address but often times it is out of our control to change the address once a label has been made or the order has already been shipped.
We do not replace orders for incorrect shipping addresses on behalf of the customer.
• HOW DO RETURNS / REFUNDS WORK?
The only acceptable returns are damaged product or an incorrect item was received (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color). If you would like to file a claim for a misprinted, defective, or damaged item, it must be completed within a 15-day window from the day the product was received.
For unreceived products due to shipping carriers inability to deliver the product, these must be filed no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date.
We do not accept exchanges, even if the wrong size was purchased so please be sure to check your selections before finishing checkout.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
All of our items are handmade and may vary from item-to-item. Each item is carefully quality inspected.
All of our clothing sizes are unisex unless otherwise noted. Please ensure you choose the correct size for you. If you desire and oversized fit, we recommend to size up one to two sizes above your normal size.
