Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.

Can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

HOW DO RETURNS / REFUNDS WORK?

The only acceptable returns are damaged product or an incorrect item was received (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color). If you would like to file a claim for a misprinted, defective, or damaged item, it must be completed within a 15-day window from the day the product was received.

For unreceived products due to shipping carriers inability to deliver the product, these must be filed no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date.

We do not accept exchanges, even if the wrong size was purchased so please be sure to check your selections before finishing checkout. 

To start a return, contact us at thewonderstudioco@gmail.com with your receipt and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.

- Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All of our clothing sizes are unisex unless otherwise noted. Please ensure you choose the correct size for you. If you desire and oversized fit, we recommend to size up one to two sizes above your normal size.
